Q. I received a reciept from Kagi for my purchase of Screeen Gear
Pro but I didn't get my registration key, where is it?
A. Take a look about halfway down the reciept that Kagi sent you,
your name and number should appear there.
If you have any problems or questions about Screen Gear, you
should email me at lhagans@kuentos.guam.net
and I'll do my best to help.
Any questions about your registration or getting a serial number
should go to Kagi at admin@kagi.com.
If you don't hear anything back from Kagi within a few weeks of
submitting your registration, it's best to check with them to make
sure they got it in the first place. The most likely explanation if
you never hear anything is that they have got an incorrect email
address for you, so make sure you have entered it correctly in the
Register application.
There is also an online page for tracking
the progress of your registration, and another to estimate
how long it will
take to process your order.
If you lose your registration number let
me know - I keep a database of all the registered Screen Gear
users with their serial numbers, so I'll be able to look it up. Of
course, it's a good idea to print out the registration email you get
back from Kagi, just in case.
Feature requests are welcome, especially from registered
users, although anybody
can make a request.
